i agree the forearms look good. for chest i'd suggest flys with the extreme stretching at the end, and dumping the BB for dbs for all presses. traps probably pullups and shoulder width i dunno

B1)Low-Incline DB press 3/8-10/0 *Double contraction (Lower to chest, raise 1/2 way, then lower back to chest, the raise just short of lockout = 1 rep)

How should I dose the I3C and when? I also have 16 25mg ATD caps left over to use.
