Default Possible Revised Dosing

Based on some feedback I have gotten, what do you think of this revised dosing schedule? It eliminates the last two days of the cycle and ends on my last weightlifting day.

I say go back to the 20mg epi for week 1...
because that's what I would do....am doing...

I like the Epi @ 4/day in week 2! You'll see what I mean!

This seems to work best for most (as well as myself). Epi is a mild PH in comparison and one of my favorites. I've seen Epi @ 6/day solo but with more sides (back pumps, loss of libido, hairloss).

Unless this is your first cycle, I see no reason to stay at 20 or 30 for long at all; 40 is the minimum sweet spot for most... at the OP's weight it should be. I weigh a bit more (250lbs) and like 50... at 60 my joints ache...

I'm with ya on this one bro, Epi is definitely my fav (on 50/day for wks1 and 2 of my 6 weeker... next week I have to back off a bit when I add in the SAMe and phera - don't try this at home kids!)... although I never really have much shedding... and according to D_ back pumps are usually an indication of kidney overload - I'd go with a cranberry supplement for that - although it's never happened for me... as for loss of libido; I'm married, so I barely notice.

Yeah, I guess a full week at 20 is too mild (was for me), even with the stacking us two are doing. But I think you could stick with the 30 for longer than he had in the revised cycle.

I just can't see going high on these doses for a cutting cycle. How much more can it help if your calories keep going down? At some point, it's just going to be more suppression, no? With 30, at least one would have some of the product in circulation throughout the day to prevent catabolic trends.

That's my argument/reasoning for doing a more moderate 30mg dose for 7-14 days before going to 40mg.
