I know some of you guys from AM, but since most of my boys are over here now I am posting this log on here. Logging always helps me to be more dedicated. OK here's the deal:
Personal Stats:
37 y/o
165 lbs
~13% BF
Cycle Length
5 weeks of Epi - 20/30/30/40/40
3 weeks of Prop - 60/90/90/60 the last 3 or 4 days of 3rd week.
2.5 weeks of Furazadrol - 100/150/200
The Furazadrol will overlap the last 3 or 4 days of the 3rd week.
PCT
Post Cycle Support
I3C (maybe)
RPM
Creatine
Lean Xtreme
Diet:
~ 2000 kcal 40/40/20 ~ 50/30/20
Training:
Mon - Chest and Bi
Tue - Back and Tri
Wed - Cardio and Core
Thu - Legs
Fri - Shoulders and Traps
Sat - Cardio and Core
3 to 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps in most cases. Supersetting antagonist muscle groups and keeping heart rate high throughout workout.
Goals:
Get lean and mean! Would like to see 10%BF so a gain of 8 to 10 lbs LBM and loss of 5 lbs of fat or so should do it. That may be a little too much to expect, but we'll see.
Feedback is greatly appreciated. I will put up measurements, including calipers, and pics as well.
