Today was tough. Knees are really dry. Had trouble with 275 on the squat and I left out an exercise of this routine(usually do lunges, step ups, and or deadlifts). I was beat after my first exercise and was not recovering very fast. It felt like my strength was down today. I'm almost sure that it is the heat. 5 days now in the 105+ degrees takes a toll on the body. I was sweating like a fat kid too. No headache today which is good. My forearms look and feel a lot bigger today. Hopefully this stuff does not dry me out too much. I looking forward to when this stuff kicks in good and I can tear up the gym and recover fast! I'm hoping next week or the start of week 3.

Comments: Today I decided to go to the gym early before the heat set in. What a different experience. I was recovering a lot faster. my db back rows were easy! I even went up on the seated rows and the iso-lateral pulldowns from my norm. Did not sweat like yesterday. I skipped deadlifts today due to my knees still being sore from yesterday. I believe it is the m1,4ad that is causing this issue b/c the h-drol should not kick in until another week. My mood is great. there is no shrinkage of the boys and my strength and recover has increased today. Only side would be how dry this stuff is. Tomorrow is my off day due to hockey(cardio day).

Comments: I believe my weight is up due to dehydration from hockey the day before. I to cut workout short due to pump in arms. I had a hard time putting the weights back.
