It kicks in pretty quick. You'll feel it by the 4th day.

I was not expecting anything on day 1 or day 2. Today will be chest day this afternoon. I will report back tonight. I woke up this morning and my arms had a nice pump and I can tell it is already starting to kick in!

Comments:
Today was a great workout. No increase in strength but felt good going to the gym and after the gym. Had some wicked pumps which caused my decline bench weight to be lower than normal. My workout partner made a comment how big my chest was after the workout! Weight is up but I believe it is water weight since I had a hard time with drinking enough water yesterday and eating right due to Father's Day. The EQ-T should not have put 2lbs on me that fast. Mood is good--noticed I was a little irritable at work but went away soon. I can tell the EQ-T kicking. Like my previous note indicated I had a nice pump in my bi's this morning. Overall good workout today. Tomorrow will be arm's. Hopefully my strength will be up next week.

I starting to feel fuller in my muscles. I don't think I look any bigger and my weight has not changed much. I'm starting to notice a little more definition in my legs. It is still week 1 so I'm not sweating it. I do feel the difference in my arms and chest. They feel more solid than last week. Tomorrow is an off day. Will report back on Friday after work out.
