; 205 1x8
Leg Press: 210lb 3x12
; 220 1x12
BB Curls: 75lbs 2x10
; 85 3x8
; 95 1x5
Hammer Curls: 30lbs 3x12
BB 21's: 60lbs 1 set dropped to 55lbs for the last two.
* This is day one. I read on the other log that in 3-4 days this should start kicking in. Should be awesome.
