Reverse Laying Crunches: 3x20

DB Side Bends: 50lb 2x20 55 1x22

* Usually Wednesdays are off days. But with the extra calories I'm eating attempting to gain I thought I'd make it a core day for abb work. This is the first day for that.

** Day 3. Nothing to report yet really. I look a little fuller I think but that could be in my head. Should be any day.

Lat Pull Downs: 140lbs 2x10; 150 3x10; 160 1x8

BB Rows: 65lb 1x12; 75 3x12; 85 1x8

Seated Rows (hammer grip): 130lbs 1x12; 140 1x12 1x15; 160 1x12; 170 1x12

Close Grip, Reverse Pull Downs: 1 set to failure. 140 1x25

** Day 4. My muscles seems fuller all around. Especially in my forearms. Down time appeared to be almost cut in half as well. I recovered from the BB rows like crazy. Every set felt like the first set. I really noticed it there. Seems like it may be creepin.

Cool... little early for mass gains yet but keep at it.

I said that wrong. I meant I noticed the recovery time change with the seated Rows. Not the BB. That's not an issue or anything but I wanna make sure i keep everything clear.
