* Nothing to report yet really. I'm not noticing anything. I thought I was at about day 4 but perhaps not.

** I'll have to hit squats wensday. To many people were in that area tonight. It woulda taken an hour for me to get to it.

keep us posted .I think it will be like 2-3 weeks really as halo takes 2-3 weeks to kick in as wel as 1-4ad so i guess m1-4ad should be a little quicker cold be wrong

Flat DB Bench: 40lbs 3x10

Cable Flies: 50lbs 3x12

* I was tired today but that doesn't stop me from going when I have a log to do. This day is however, a day late being posted up. I'll lock it up and make sure every day is posted on time from now on.

** I've had a few BP headaches since last Thursday. They don't last for a really long period of time. Maybe an hour. I had one while I was at the alter for my buddies wedding. That sure was fabulous, lol. Besides that though I don't have anything to report on the PH effect side of things.

BB Side Bends: 50lbs 2x20; 55 1x25

Squats**: 195lbs 1x12; 205 2x10

* Still nothing of value to report as far as PH effects that I have noticed. I'm back at 199 but I would suspect by Saturday I'll be back down to 196 as my body absorbs everything after 2 days it seems like.

** Squats were included due to missing them on Monday. I hate squats, they hurt my shoulders something fierce.
