DIET:
Clean. 90% lean ground Beef. 97% Lean Ground Turkey. Oats, hella eggs, WW pasta and breads. Minimal shake supplementation.
Lots of green veggies and dairy.
ROUTINE:
5 day Split. Quads/bis, chest, back, hams/tris, shoulders
GOAL:
I'd like to get 10 pounds with minimal fat gains.
