Day 9
Weigh in: 200lbs
Did a complete chest (no decline)/tricep/shoulder (no focus on the rear delts) WO. I have it logged-at home, and I'm on the road. I am going to have to pause this cycle due to some extinuating circumstances. Shifting back to 10mg's of M1T for the next four days and will resume again on Friday at the original plan.

Day 14
Too long in between workouts but I'm back at it. I bumped up to 30mg's a day because I think this Andropharm stuff is crap. No sides, nothing even close to shutdown, I weighed in at 194 (avg) today and my strength hasn't improved even the least bit. This cycle may be a waste of time, but I am going to see it through and I am going to reconfigure to try to squeeze some sort of results out of it.
So, while I was going to shut off the M1T for 7days and pick up again at 20mg's, I am instead going to continue for a third week consecutive at 30mg's and bump the dose of 4AD/19Nor to 600mg's ea. (I am pretty sure that the Sports One is crap too).
I hate being the guinea pig on supps like these and finding out they're absolute horse crap. Especially when I am told that so and so got great results from them.

I ran a similar routine as day 8 just more weight in the squats and DL's. Mixed up the bicep routine a little bit, nothing spectacular. The Squats and DL's back to back about kill me and I only got in 27 sets overall tonight before my abbreviated cardio.
I will continue this log and hopefully see something happen very soon at the higher doses, if not in seven days I will do an OTC PCT and be done with it.
