I will continue this log and hopefully see something happen very soon at the higher doses, if not in seven days I will do an OTC PCT and be done with it.

Only other things I can throw out would be:

1) eat more.
2) Volume seems pretty high - esp with non key lifts - maybe put 80-90% of your time lifting towards squats, bench rows, deads, and military presses. Keep the other stuff low key (like way too many sets biceps/forearms).
3) I would personally avoid deads and squats on same day - Unless squats were decreased to about 70% similar to a Bill Starr type workout where you squat 3xWeek with middle session being 70% of Monday/first session.


Then again, sometimes products are just crap. You should see SOME gains on M1T damn near regardless of lifting style - and actually you did! I saw a post where you were weighing in at 199lbs. So you are gaining some (like +4).

Sorry to hear that there wasnt any noticeable markers that it was working.

@20mg doing the volume of deads/squats you should have been doubled over from lower back pumps.I only do 6x3 on squats and there were times I didnt make it through my second set (but I was strong like bull til I couldnt move.lol)

I'm already hovering around 4500cals a day, and originally I wasn;t going to log the "vanity lifts." But it doesn;t look like I'm doing anything if I don't, lol. I do get in presses, rows, squats and DL's twice a week, but like I alluded to at the beginning I am horrible at logging-mostly because I will leave my log at the gym or in my car or at home (when I am using a CPU elsewhere). I am putting together a better system so this doesn't continue to be a problem. I'm sure it's frustrating looking at my log and seeing four WO actually charted and four mini-posts saying "rinse and repeat."
As for the forearm battery, that's for sports training and I have to keep my hands strong-usually something I would define as a "vanity" lift.
Thanks for the advice, especially the Starr WO, I'll look into that. I just recently have been able to start on the squats and deads again so I think I may be a little over-zealous right now.
As for the weight, I believe it was all water. While I was in the hospital with my son this last week I start on two Novedex at night (#1 to use up the last 10 caps in a bottle, and #2 to see if my theory about it being water weight was valid). When I left the hospital on Friday I was weighing 194...so I may have been right.

I did experience some back pumps, but they were very minor and could have just been from lack of use more than anything else (2 mos off from squats and DL's can do that to a guy)


I appreciate the input guys and welcome all advice. I'm going to hit it hard everyday until I gotta go back to the hospital on Tuesday and report as well as I can. Luckily I have a partner for the next few days too to keep me on task and push me hard.

Weigh in:197 (dropped the AI)
30mg's M1T, 600mg's 4AD and Nordiol-19
Didn't feel strong at all after dosing all that so I am pretty positive this has been a waste of time, but like I said I'll ride it out.
Had to alter my WO today to re-align with my partner who had altered his while I was away (punk, lol).
pull-ups: Hammer grip 3x10
Lat Pull-downs (this was stupid after pull-ups, but sometimes you have to give a little) 10x150; 10x175; 10x162.5; 10x162.5
Cable pulls: 80lbs (each side) 3x10
Bent over rows: 80lbs (yawn) 2x12; 130x10; 160x8
Upright DB rows: 45lbs (ea side) 2x10; 55x10
Military Press (DB's): 45lbs 2x10; 55lbs 1x10
Lateral flies: 20, 25, 30 sets of 10 ea.

Should have mentioned that I did a light chest/ shoulder WO so I could go again on Tuesday.
I did some flat bench and cable flies but didn;t log it because it was more just range of motion crap in between sets w/ 135 on the bench and 40 per sd on the flies high-repped to just get the blood flowin'.
Of course did the battery on hands and forearms per usual routine. Not an impressive WO, wasn't chompin at the bit like I would be w/ SD or 1AD.
Anybody interested in 6 bottles of Andropharm (j/k gix)?
