Good work Kern, glad to here all is ok! If you're jumping on the 11-OXO bridge to lean out the gain, Clen may be a great addition depending on your views of it. Of the 2 times I used it, one was great and the other was a bad experience but that time I dosed it a bit too high.

Otherwise, bridging with the 11-OXO I think a dermal formestane would rock with the oxo until full pct

What was your dose?

On a side note, T3 is a great addition, to anyone comfortable with it; made me feel like a million, perhaps a trillion bucks.

might have it actually prescribed to me really soon

Day 12

Biceps were pumped for a full hour afterwards - really good workout... knocked out 205 close grip decline for 3 sets of 20.

I'm going to keep this update really short - skipped abs and cardio that day because of commute complications.

Day 13 & 14

Been literally changing into running gear and running from my new work place a mile and a half plus for the last two days (more like jog/die in this heat) to South Station to catch the bus back home so I can get to night grad school in time.

A very very serious complication has arisen. Beejis is aware of it.

This is unfortunate but I may have to call the log short. About 2 months ago (I don't know why the hell it took so long) I sent Matt Cahill from DS a bunch of the pills I received that were quote on quote the 'primo hybrid' and something called 'm1t variant' (which I'm not using - it was more curiosity).

Matt finally gets back to me today and tells me that they tested out to be nothing more than two fairly common compounds: superdrol and phera.

Here's the problem - I have been suffering zero SD or Phera like sides and I've never taken them and strongly believe I would not only be lethargic to high hell, I'd be either passed out at my desk everyday, either be shitting pure white, have ridiculous other sides such as insane back pumps, blood pressure, whatever. If it's been true I've been taking SD or Phera at 2 pills per day along side the halo (went with only 2 afterall) and god knows what the hell the 4-AD really is if it it's not 4-AD - then I could be in some serious shit. Either way today was not a good day.

I've contacted the person who sent me my materials and am waiting to hear back from them. I may contact PA as well and send him the stuff to get some MW's to compare and see if I'm being told the truth. Here's why I'm skeptical: we all know Cahill uses RTP. There have been some serious issues with RTP lately and I posted as such in what is fast becoming the thread of the year on Mass FX over at bb.com. Call it conspiracy theory but this may not have gone over too well with Matt and promptly led him to say you know what F you kernkraft.

Options, by all mean peanut gallery chip in because I need the support since I feel like a complete ass right now:

1) Call it all of and play it ultra safe - straight to PCT - we're two weeks in
2) Continue with just Halo and quote on quote 4-AD as a bridge and then whatever/pct
3) Continue as I'm not feeling any of these horrible sides that I should be minus some minor cramps, pumps and internal gimmicks that we all feel here and there when on methylated cycles - essentially take a risk and chance it, send PA the stuff to get a 2nd test, etc.

I swear the last week has been the week from hell. I planned this out so well but what I didn't plan on happening snuck up behind me and is biting me in the ass hard right now.

Day 15 & 16

Weight: 240lbs +8lbs overall - still.

Found out the 4-AD is real 4-AD and had it verified - great news. I'm going to go forward with the halo, 4-AD and taper down to one pill a day of the mystery pill even though I have yet to have any sides at all - just a personal choice because I can always start pct right up as I have all the necessary materials on hand. I've put too much time, money, and effort into this to just cut it off and wait another 6 plus months.

Strength is slowly increasing but no drastic physiological changes or other changes for that matter and we're halfway through week 3. Been fairly busy with work, school, etc hence the lack of daily updates.

Day 17

Weight - 242lbs (+10bs)

25 minutes cardio, weighted abs. Feeling great - feel like I've lost anyone that was following this log :(

Sides - nothing to report, no pumps, some dryness but the chondrotin clears it immediately, slight testicular atrophy but that's to be expected.

The 1st time I used it I started at 20 and worked up to 100 in increments of 20. I felt great on that run. But the 2nd time I used it, I started at 100 which was retarted. I was thinking of how decent I felt the 1st time at the higher doses but wasn't really thinking about the importance of working up the dose. Ahh the things we do in our younger years.

Great job Kern! Nice consistent gains!

Thanks Mike - I actually haven't looked into any topical forms but that's a great idea - I'll see what I can dig up. Sides haven't gotten remotely anywhere ... well they're almost non-existent.

Thanks bud! lol @ your comment about things we do in our younger years... wonder how I'll look back on this cycle years from now. Eeek.

Day 18

Weight - 241lbs (+9lbs overall)

Great workout - feeling stronger - gains are coming slowly and consistently - muscles are looking fuller, more smooth and starting to etch out the lines a bit. That's what I like about halo, low risk great rewards if done right. Today wasn't bi's but I think I finally found a way to hit my outer head really hard and well over the last few weeks - I grab an EZ bar and do preacher curls with my hands on the inner most grips and my elbows flared out to the outer edges of the preacher pad. Isolates it extremely well.

Interesting story/note - I keep having weird ass vivid dreams on ZMA - keep hooking up with one of my best friends; she's unfortunately got herpes by way of me unknowingly hooking her up with one of my other best friends who unknowingly had it

Either way this has to be like the 4th time I've had this sort of dream in the last 2 weeks and I keep waking up in a cold sweat thinking I've got the herp! lol

Quick question for those who are still with the log - anyone heard of or know anyone that's run halo up to 150mgs a day? Just curious - considering it for weeks 5 and 6 as I'm doing quite well here as far as sides... might be getting a little greedy though.

Absolutely.

Kern, on a side note, one of these days I'm going to get "certified" to run our GCMS and LCMS and then I can start testing shit for my closest friends.
