Day 25
Weight - 238 (+6lbs overall) - starting to lose some water and fat mb?
Great workout - endurance and energy are great, sick arm pumps even though I didn't work arms today (chest, back, shoulders). Did some abs and headed off to the school library to work on a group project and low and behold no one has shown up for two days straight despite my emails etc... wtf this is grad school - people need to man up.
Was really really stressed out yesterday - so I had a cheat meal... walloped down a whole bag of Tyson Tequilla Lime Chicken Wings in about 20 minutes... very high protein, some fat, no carbs

think it was like 40-50 wings?... felt much better after that haha. Napalm seems to be working also - abs are showing more.
Note to self - running 3-4 miles the day after deadlifts may not be such a great idea.
Anyways I'm off to studying some more, packing up food for the week, and laundry. Stay classy LB
Edit - whoops, forgot sides: Some slight testicular atrophy, nothing really else to report - back pumps are non-existant. Nips were a little sensitive the day before I kicked in the 6-oxo. So far so good - almost one week left before the bridge.
