Afternoon gents (and any ladies),
Welcome to my cycle log. This will be a lengthy introduction so let's get rolling...
Age: 26
Weight: 232lbs
Bodyfat: ~20% :( (was bulking for 8 months at about 5000+ clean calories a day)
Height: 6'2
Bodytype: Pure Endomorph
Lifestyle: Moderately active if you include the gym, otherwise sedentary with the entry level finance desk job. Currently also attending grad school full time at night for my MS in Finance.
Lifting experience: 2 and a half plus years
Serious lifting experience: 1 and a half years
Full throttle dieting for almost 1 and a half years
Prior PH usage: 11-OXO and furazadrol(crap) summer 2007
7 1/2 weeks CEL H-Drol & Iforce Bold bulk January to mid Feb 2008
Goal: Lose considerable fat, add muscle.
Got bloodwork done today but my idiot doctor ordered only a thyroid panel and not an additional triglycerides and hepatic, so I had the lab rat pull an extra two vials and I'm going to call the doc on Monday to set her straight on what I want done. Either way I will be starting the cycle on Thursday, I just want to have something to compare to with pct bloodwork.
The Cycle:
Original Gaspari Halodrol, Primobolan orals, and 4-AD orals. Then a 3-4 week bridge of 11-OXO into pct to get rid of the water in an attempt to try and highlight the gains more.
Dosage Protocol:
Week 1: 50mgs Halo (using leftover hdrol); 30mgs Primo, 400mgs 4-AD ED
Week 2: 75mgs Halo; 40mgs Primo; 600mgs 4-AD ED
Week 3: 75mgs Halo; 40mgs Primo; 600mgs 4-AD ED
Week 4: 100mgs Halo: 40mgs Primo: 600mgs 4-AD ED
Week 5: 100mgs Halo; 40mgs Primo; 600mgs 4-AD ED
*Note may go for a 6th week depending on sides, how dry the joints are etc, and also might have to start dosing some 6-OXO Extreme appropriately during week 4 or 5 to prevent estro sides. As it stands right now - 5 weeks.
Week 6 - 9: 450mgs (6 pills) Ergopharm 11-OXO (6 worked fantastic for me on a solo run).
PCT Weeks 10 - 15
Toremifiene
6-OXO Extreme - (would really prefer to have some eform)
I3C ramped down
SAMe 400
ZMA
MAN Blueprint throughout dosed in the morning as prescribed.
Activate Extreme ramped up starting midway through
Giant Transresveratrol Plus
Applied Nutriceuticals Drive & IGF 2 max-dosage.
Added the following also:
AN Drive
ALCAR
On Cycle Support
I've been preloading AI cycle support and Liv52 two weeks in advance and will take them throughout the cycle and pct. Additional supplements include bulk taurine, leucine, citruline malate, R-ALA, GABA, Primaforce EAA, Scivation Xtend, CLA, Beta Alanine, Vitamin D at 2000IU's a day taken at the same time as one of my two daily 5000mgs of Fish Oil, Multi, Cissus, fat burners, Napalm (at some point)...
... Oh and one of the supplements I am most stoked about taking for the first time while on cycle particularly for this one will be Nimbus Nutrition's Poseidon which I won in a contest over at bb.com. Should be extremely beneficial considering what I am taking and the fact that it is summer. Much thanks to Clay (leonidas) for selecting me.
Diet
I would attach the word doc or even the macro but apparently it's too big; it includes what I'll be eating and when for about ~3400 calories at a 55 Protein: 15 Carb: 30 Fats split. I will adjust as necessary if needed. I used both the Katch-McArdle and Harris-Benedict formula to calculate my maintenance calories and came to a compromise between the two. I guess I'll have to post the diet in detail at some point by typing it out
Training Protocol
I really have to thank a certain competing pro who I've been shooting messages with back and forth for convincing me on a routine to go with. I won't drop his screenname but he competes here in the US and in the Middle East at the moment (unless he says it's alright). While the popular on-cycle training style these days seems to be DC, I will be going with GVT, though a little variation of my own. Here's the split:

Abs protocol: Thursday, Saturday, Monday
Cardio protocol: TR, F, S, SU, M - Starting at 20 minutes and ramping up by 5 minutes as needed or with adjustments to diet going for high intensity, low impact on various machines (different machine everyday) trying to get the HR up to the 140-150 range on some machines while for example if I choose to do incline 20 degree walking I will go for 130. I will also try and do cardio on an empty stomach saturday and sunday morning.
*Personal note - I am a VERY busy person and will only update this here at night (I am going to avoid going to this website at work for obvious reasons). I cook my meals and pack them for the week on the weekend and always have homework, studying, etc. So this cycle will be a really big test to what kind of responsibilities I can handle in terms of volume and if I can stay organized, focused, etc.
A longer bio/background/rambling post will be coming prior to the official start of the cycle. Special thanks to maddog, Ziquor, Tripdog, Leonidas, Trauma1, Beejis, PA, and anyone else who has chipped in that I'm forgetting.
