Sleep today was a lot better I was able to get up right away and start my day off good. I felt great energy today, endurance is way up I was in the gym from 1130 till 2

. This is great for endurance wise so far I think. Starting to see more definition but then again I'm very critical on myself and people at the gym were saying I am looking bigger and leaner. Any Q's or feedback hit me up
