the 4AD is providing good strength increase, but my diet is lacking too much 'cause I ain't gaining any weight at all. I think the ethergels are crap, but I'll finish 'em out in case I am wrong (Lord knows it wouldn't be the first time). I'm going to be cutting it a bit short and taking a break here soon from the forums (family stuff), but I'll be back to finish this log.
