The last run was in June, I picked up enough to put them away for a while. Cost me a bundle.
To continue this log though...
Days 4 and 5 were days off as I am out of town and do not have access to a gym. Day 4 I took the two caps in the morning and got so jacked up I thought I was going to start pulling nails out of the walls with my teeth (I'm a little hyeractive in the first place-but not that bad). I scaled back to one in the morning and one after lunch for day five and that seems to work better. I need to get back to the gym!!

Dang, I left a long post here last night and now its gone, what the heck?!
Anyway, I've been detained another day and will get back to it tomorrow (Sat) after three looong days off. The dosing on off days of one in the morning and one in the afternoon has helped the aggressiveness quite a bit. But tomorrow morning it's on baby. And I'm going to be on the interstate, lol. Stay off I-80 guys.

What ever day this is, I don't know, lol.
My weigh is today is 194, which is lighter than I started even though I have been eating like a friggin' horse (about 1300-1600 above maintenance each day). Which shouldn't surprise me with tren being the prominent substance (dose-wise) in this stack.
I came home today (finally!) and hit the gym right away. My shoulder was acting up and I still cruise through 24 sets (after warm-up) and cardio pretty easily-so I'm going back again later after I get the kids to bed. I'm about two hours removed from my workout (which was moderately heavy, but focused on chest and shoulders) and I feel like I could repeat the same workout without too much effort. If I had not been short on time I would have thrown in another 12-15 sets, but alas I am what I am and damn if I ain't him. I think this cycle is going the way of a recomp because I'm really driven to do cardio right now and that doesn;t happen often, so I'll start watching the timing of my carbs and keep them capped. I would love to get my 6-pack on after bulking for so long, lol. The second half of this cycle is going to be straight cutting so I may (if I can get over my modesty) be posting some pics at the end.

It has to be a recomp buddy when you hit the gym 3-4 times is 2-3 days + cardio.

Yeah, I guess that's a no-brainer huh?
Anyway, I went to the gym again tonight and hit it hard and of course cardio at the end. Here I am still up and bangin' away at the keyboard. What the heck is in this stuff? I've done several cycles, and am sort of hyperactive to begin with...but this is unknown territory to me. I haven't done two-a-days since high school. And even then it was just so I could keep my skinny butt afloat with the football players. No wonder I didn;t gain weight then either, huh? LOL
My only problem is, from what I understand, with tren you lose whatever you gain when the cycle is over. It's sorta like corn-that's why I have avoided it thus far. Any suggestions? Thoughts? Comments? Funny haikus?
