Yeah, I don't like my cycles to a be roller coaster ride of emotions and nasty side effects. If I can keep my supplement timing and amounts the same throughout the cycle, then I feel better in the long run. Late night dosing, uneven daily dosing, and pre-workout dosing have usually led to insomnia, elevated BP during workouts, nausea, and irritability for me in the past. I like to keep things simple, so I can pin point a problem if one pops up.
