I would like to stretch this to eight weeks so that I finish my PCT right before I tie the knot. Then I can spend the next few months trying some other things besides PH/PS. I was thinking about continuing with a winnadrol/epistane stack. But then I got a couple bottles of original MM by Legal Gear and thought I might stack that with on of those compounds. I also have a bottle of M1-P in reserve to go with something. But as mmowry stated, it seems to be good for appetite, and if I'm going to cut up I need to be watching calories a little bit. Right now I am continuing my diet of 3500-4000 kcals daily and while I am leaning out on the P6, I am sure if I cut it down to say 3000 I would lose a coule more pounds of fat in the next couple weeks as I wind this up.

The winnadrol/epi would be good and would be mild. I ran M1-P it did a good job of putting the weight on as I couldn't stop eating so I wouldn't recommend it. Save it for a bulk stack latter. If you run the MM you could enhance that lean look by adding size to what you have leaned out.

Day 18
Hit the legs and arms really well today. Didn't have the brute strength that I have had on this early on. Didn't feel it in my legs to get passed 285 today so I did multiple sets there (I'll have to try for the bump next time, hopefully). Went completely ballistic on my shoulders and it felt awesome (which is saying much with the problems I have had with the left rotator cuff-healed at last maybe?). Kind of feeling th edownswing on this one. I see the point in dosing lower on off-days b/c it seems to level you out a bit. But, I have, in the past, usually bumped up the dose late to keep it strong to the end (and sometimes taper depending on the supp and sitch). I don;t see doing that with this one though. I think Sol may have had a good point earlier in the thread about doing regular dosing (ie: 3 caps a day everyday, or whatever). That may keep it going good without the irritability and the ultra-oily skin on WO days. Don't get me wrong-3 caps pre-workout (45-60 min) gets you in the "I'm an animal" frame of mind. But maybe it would be smarter to go three caps on off-days (morning noon and night-one atta time), and four on workout days (I'd do the two pre, b/c that seems to be enough...but I'm also hovering under 200lbs). Any thoughts? I may finish this up in this fashion just to see if it stays good. If it falters, then shoot, we'll all know better next time.

I like this layout. It would cause more of a constant flow in your system and then an extra bump pre-workout. That way your hormone levels aren't jumping around from day to day. I think that is what Sol was getting at.

Day19:

Hit the 200lbs marker today. Ravaged the stacks on a Chest/Back day. BTW: I think I should have mentioned that the reason I may "leveling off" is b/c I changed-up my routine. I went from a basic push/pull/legs between and after to a chest/back; arms and shoulders; then legs before and after. I always split the legs so I can do Squats one day and DL's on the second time around. I also usually will concentrate on quads on squat days and hams on DL days. Anyway, probably should have thrown that in earlier. Now that I am starting to adapt the game is getting better. I did shrink back to 4 caps today (1 b'fast, 1 lunch, 2 pre-wo). I'll be doing just cardio tomorrow, so I'll do the three caps instead of two as I have done thus far. I am hoping this will balance things a bit and maybe even produce better results. It does make a lot more sense than the way it is instructed on the can (BTW: whoever thought of putting caps with active prohormones in an aluminum can?!)

Edit: also had a personal best on the bench-getting soooo close to 300

Yeah, I don't like my cycles to a be roller coaster ride of emotions and nasty side effects. If I can keep my supplement timing and amounts the same throughout the cycle, then I feel better in the long run. Late night dosing, uneven daily dosing, and pre-workout dosing have usually led to insomnia, elevated BP during workouts, nausea, and irritability for me in the past. I like to keep things simple, so I can pin point a problem if one pops up.
