I will be posting pics every week...scales/calipers/handhelds/etc can tell you all they want but pictures put it all out on the line...there great for comparisons...and thanks a lot i am hoping by the end of this run my abs/chest will be up to par with my back!!

VPX Meltdown: Again pretty much no appetite at all today and when i am hungry I feel full a lot quicker. Did not really feel much of a stim effect at all today. Last night was great....after spreading the doses out more I was able to relax comfortably last night without being starved!!

NO-Extreme 2G: Since it was an off day i only did two doses of 2 caps today. Tomorrow I will be dosing 4 caps pre-workout. My arms still felt full today as does my back.

Avant Labs Napalm: I noticed a slight increase in acne on my stomach...not noticeable but very small rough areas. Also, I sweat a lot after applying it for about 25-30 minutes. The icy hot feeling hangs around for rougly 25-30 minutes now as well. Can definitely see its work thus far though...

Lipotrophin PM: I will also add that i think its because of this product that I wake-up in the morning and do not feel tired. Typically I feel drained if I am up before 10:00. Now it is normal for me to be up at 8:30-9:00 and have great days!

I was itching to go to the gym today...I HATE OFF DAYS!!!! I know they are necessary to allow your hard work to pay off, but LET ME HIT THE WEIGHTS!!!! My back is still very tight and a little sore...Legs were a bit sore today and biceps were full.

Weight this morning after 1 glass of water was just a tad over 165 lbs. I am going to weight myself on the gym scale tomorrow as i am sketchy about the one i have at home...also I am going to try and get BF% calculated tomorrow as well....

Looks good, but for fat loss the workouts can be improved.

Also, I dig antagonist paring supersets; however, the reps should match. You have 6 reps for the first exercise and then 8 reps for the 2nd exercise. This can cause imbalances, you should match the same intensity for each antagonist superset.

Another qualm I have is the use of the smith machine. I know, I know, you don't have a spotter. Nut up, I lift with out a spotter too, but don't use the Smith Machine. That is a good way to fuck yourself up, especially heavy lifting.

I won't comment on the diet...

Other than that like I said, looks like a solid plan.

always going to be criticisms, which is understood...i am trying this workout which was designed by someone else and i happen to feel great while performing it...

In regards to the smith machine....nothing to do with not having a spotter but everything to do with me not waiting around for someone to get done with the two bench bars they have in the weight room (kills a workout in my opinion)...And just curious to your theory on the use of a smith machine f'ing you up???? Granted I do not like to bench on a smith machine but for other exercises?

What I DO agree with is the diet....and I am at a loss here...can't seem to get things right here...working on it though...suggetions could help if ya have any

VPX Meltdown: Smooth energy all day...spreading out the doses leaves me satsifed hunger wise all day. No real energy rush...just clean feeling energy. Great appetite suppressor.

EST NO-Extreme 2G: Absolutely great pumps today!! I was able to do more weight on today's high rep day than i was able to do on Day 1's heavy day....Its certainly going to be awesome to compare this week's heavy days with next weeks! Really starting to kick in now!!

Avant Labs Napalm: The "icy hot feeling" only lasts for a couple of minutes now...kinda miss that warming sensation...BUT its definitely doing its job!! I will let the pictures show it on Sunday!!

Today has been great thus far. My energy feels terrific...No jitteryness or anything just solid smooth energy. Great mood enhancement as well. I feel absolutely great today!! The workout was awesome today. I was able to push some pretty good weight and had great focus in there. I have an indoor soccer game later so no bike ride tonight. I was real tired at the soccer game tonight...pretty beat...About to go shower and apply Napalm

Eh, weather was real crappy today which gave me little to no motivation. I worked out late because i went to the gym at my girlfriends house...Didnt really want to lift tonight...But glad that I did! Had a cheat meal tonight....hot dog with cheese and ketchup and cheese fries....sometimes you have to to keep the "woman" happy

All-in-all a pretty lackluster day...still had some nice energy though

Side Note: weighed myself at the scale that is VERY consistent that i use to weigh myself on in the beginning of summer....

Beginning of summer weight: 176 lbs
Current Weight: 160 lbs
Body Fat %: Then 10.1%...Currently- between 6.5% and 8%


So all in all very happy with progress thus far...

Tomorrow will be back to the Hour-by-Hour routine, sorry about that the last two days...was happy that the only cheat was one hot dog and an order of cheese fries! I am now under 160 lbs....as soon as these abs start coming in i will be happy!! Still have body fat around the hips and lower abs....Fully confident in this stack though!!

Pictures for Day 7 are up as well!! I think its some good progress in only 7 days!
