Pics actually look quite improved. In regards to the diet what is your macro breakdown? I think you should lower carbs. Get more quality sources of fat in there.

thanks a lot bro....yeah the diet is tough....i am trying to keep it clean....just not sure what to do from where i am now...

what are some good quality fat sources....

i have been around 45/35/20 in that area...i wanted to do a 2 lo/1 hi/3 lo/1 hi but i just do not have the experience in this form of diet to execute it properly

help would be great thanks in advance

I've seen good results following some sort of combination of bodyopus/TKD/Palumbo. I actually just posted a summary of the Palumbo diet. You should check it out.

Quality fats:

almonds (raw natural)
cashews (same)
enova oil (great to add to shakes)
natty pb
extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Travis thanks for the help man...i read the summary and it was awesome!...i do not want to go into ketosis...however i do think that i want to lower my carb intake....i want to try and follow and 3 Lo / 1 Hi to re-fuel the body....i appreciate the advice and it definitly helps

How many grams of protein is that roughly? Just eyeing it, it looks somwhat low to me. I think a min would have to be 1.5g's/lb of bodyweight imo on any diet.

Also I was once big on EVOO until some guys on here turned me onto enova oil. I like its high poly fat content and it tastes better then EVOO. So I'd grab a bottle of that and rotate the EVOO in and out.

it would be 275g of protein....so that should be enough....once i run out of the EVOO i have i will check out the enova...thanks again...i am going to start this diet tomorrow...going to run it for a week and see how i like it....once i move back to school end of august/early september i will probably just restrict carb intake to 100g a day because its a whole lot easier to do that at school....

VPX Meltdown: Appetite suppression is still going strong...feel the stim effect later in the day after second cap dosing more than other times...

NO-Extreme 2G: On off days i dose 2 caps twice a day and i have some pumps while just sitting and flexing....its great!!

Avant Labs Napalm: This is becoming one of my favorite products. I have a great warming feeling after applications and as much as fat can "melt" away this product makes it happen!!!!

Just wanted to note that tomorrow i will be beginning the carb cycling. I will be going 3 lo/1 hi....very anxious to see how that works out for the remainder of this stack....

VPX Meltdown: Appetite is always in control while taking Meltdown; stim effect is really non-existant.

EST NO-Extreme 2G: Pumps were, again, great!! I had awesome strength in the gym today and had a very good workout. Absolutely loving this product!!

Avant Labs Napalm: Just working wonders on my midsection!! I am applying 2 squirts to abs and 1 squirt for love handles.

I felt GREAT in the gym this morning!!
The pumps were great and i felt like i made great advances and wanted to keep pushing more weight this week then last!! Overall had some real good gains and all while i am leaning out very nicely. I will add more in depth comments tonight along with everything else...i just wanted to get that workout up there!! The diet is awesome...i love eating all of the foods...esp the breakfast!! Can't wait to see the differences with little to no carbs!!
