overall real good workout this is my normal weight i use so next workout i will try to increase everything..dont think i really feel anything yet but i have to say that i felt good today..def an increase in energy and was looking forward to the gym all day..Im thinking ill start to feel a kick in around a week or so.

Nice lifts. One thing that I've been playing around with is not doing the "same" body part the same day. Let me explain......Bi's are worked to a pump with back, so bi's and then back will give you a weaker back routine. If you do shoulders and tris the same day, either your tri workout or the pressing shoulder motion will be effected through the fatigue of whichever muscle you trained first. Same with shoulders and chest, flyes will pump your shoulders, so I never do shoulders with chest. Instead, I make sure I get atleast 72 hours of rest per bodypart before repeating anything with it. I used to do 2 parts a day, for six days out of the week. So I would do the whole body twice a week. After I switched to the 1 part a week routine, I can really feel a difference, especially cause my muscles were not expecting it. Maybe you should try it for the next go around, after all, I too though more was better on ph cycles, which to an extent is true since you recover faster, but try switching it up for the next. Just my crappy 2c.

you know what dude the last cycle i did i was doin just one muscle a day and that worked well cause i got real good gains...when i got done with my pct i changed to the split im on now cause i wasnt tryin to build muscle as much as just keeping what i gained..i never really thought about switching back to one a day but it would make sense..im trying to go ballz out this time and really see a big change so i might switch back to one a day after this week..i have looked at alot of logs and it seems like its 50/50 with people doing splits and one muscle a day..i guess its more of a personal choice..but i do see what ur saying bout the bi's affecting the back routine..i guess i never really worried about it cause i was just trying to keep gains instead of making them..im gonna sleep on it but i dont see a reason y changing to one a day would be bad...anybody else got any input on this???

I would finish up with what you're doing now, and then go on the one a day routine at the start of the next cycle, not when you finish this one. Reason being is that it will shock the muscles more and help recover while on cycle.

ok so i had some family problems today so i couldnt go to the gym..tomorrow will be shoulders...energy is still up...was thinkin bout the gym all day so it sucked i couldnt go but u gotta do what you gotta do...nothin else really to report so ill be back tomorrow.

FYI, i'm taking tren at 120 a day for 30 days.............no bad sides other than insomnia.....like max sleep I get is 6 hours. DB incline press was up 10Ilbs each db yesterday, and today is day 14.

are you running solo? did u start at 120 week one or did you work up to 120?

Well, my rat was doing a test e cycle, kick started with dbol, but dbol has not been good to him, as he does not seem to react to it. They are real, as others have tried the same dbol from the same batch that he has, so he decided to wait till the end of the cycle, and do a 120/120/120/120 of tren, and 0/20/20/30 of sd.

He started tren at 120 the first week. Only sides is a bit of shutdown, and the insomnia. Otherwise, doing barbell rows with 225 at the end of back day with your bis really tired was no sweat. He thinks tren started working about 2-3 days ago on day 12-14. He will keep me posted.

good workout today..intensity was def up still feeling good..nothin new really to report except ive been holding at 202 for the last couple of days...thats +2 so far...not gonna get real excited yet cause i do go up and down with my weight alot but at this point its been steady...to get an idea about a year ago i maxed out at 180 ...202 is the most i have ever weighed so its def an improvement...ill keep updating tomorrow will be chest and im plannin on really pushin my self tomorrow...anybody see anything that should be changed please let me know...
