ok time to update...
after thinking about it i decided to go back to 1 muscle a day and really push myself with the one muscle...i have been doin two a day for about 3 months so switching it should shock my muscles a lil bit hopefully....doseing is still the same...30pp and 60 trenadrol....10 pp mornin 20 after noon 30 tren mornin and 30 afternoon wit fatty foods...
as of today weight is up to 206...i weigh myself at the gym so its always the same scale.

day 7 (saturday)..
chest:
flat bench press BB
135/10 185/6 225/4

decline BB
135/10 185/7 225//3

incline fly's (resistant machine)
20/10 30/10 35/7

cable crossovers
20/10 30/7 40/6

this was a real good workout...my strength is def goin up..i was able to get 225 up about 4 times (a lil help from my spot on the last one) which is very good for me...my last cycle i peaked at 245 one time which is my personal best. Im hopin i will be able to break that this time around..

day 8
back:
seated rows:
100/12 175/8 250/3

seated pulldown
100/8 150/6 175/4

deadlifts
135/6 225/6 275/3

bentover rows
100/6 110/6 120/6...120 is the heaviest DB i got in my gym so next time ill prob start with a set at 115 then move right to 120 for the last two

to finish up i did some pull ups..didnt really count just did 3 sets till failure...

ok well my strength is def goin up..if you compare to my first back day ive gone up on almost every exercise...recovery seems to be gettin better and better every day..

ok so to get a better idea my streght is def on its way up...ive gained about 6 pounds so far but keep in mind i go up and down so tomorrow who knows maybe ill be back at 204 so im not gonna really hype up the weight untill it gets closer to day 30...ive also noticed an increase in pumps also..so far no sides to report..energy is still up and no problems sleepin or anything like that...ive been pretty hungry these last two days eatin a lil more then normal which is a good thing...ill keep the post's comin so far tho im pleased with the cycle.

have you ever ran sd?...that was my last cycle and i got mad strong wit it...i kept it at only 10mg tho and didnt have any sides which was good

Yes, plenty of times. Compared to tren, I gotta say, (Since I know the tren was what kicked in yesterday), I like tren better. But we will see what happens with the sd add on, since they are classes 1 and 2.

ok well im been slackin so ill put my updated stuff.. ive left the dose the same 30 pplex 60 trenadrol..im gonna be leavin trenadrol at 60 cause i havent been feelin real great these last couple of days. right when it started to kick in i think so im gonna have to see how that goes.
day 15

chest:

not sure what u guys call it but i did a set of incline press where i hold the DB together to work the upper inside part of my chest whatever its called
30/8 40/8 50/5

did some dips and pushups to end

ok well my strength is way up..i was able to do 110 on my incline which is a personal best for me..old pb was i think 105 3 times...flat bench was real good considering i just did 110 on the DB..next week im gonna try for my pb on the flat bench..only sides are a lil acne is starting on my arms a lil on my chest..nothin crazy or real noticeable to anyone else...the trenadrol kicked in around day 12 or 13 i think cause i have been feelin a lil different these last couple of days..not sure how to explain but it def has been in the last couple of days...im a lil tired at times but work is also been rough so take that into consideration...my weight is up to 208..ive been holdin that 206 - 208 for a week now so thats like a 6 to 8 pound increase since i started...im lookin a lil bigger but to be honest at this point on my last cycle which was sdrol trena i was gettin a lot of compliments from people about lookin bigger...im thinkin about adding some creatine into the mix...i took creatine wit my last cycle so that could be the difference..not to sure..i know some guys wait till pct to add creatine an a no product so if anybody's got any advise let me know....other then that on a scale of 1-10 IMO this cycle is about a 5 1/2 6 right now..the strength is def there just not the size yet so we will see....this isonle the mid point. so time will tell
