Default pplex/trenadrol

ok so this is gonna be my first log..previous experience with ph is md1t solo....sdrol/trena...both were run for 30 days..been about 2 and a half months off.
will start cycle on aug 1st..current weight is 195-200 give or take body fat is at 12.5%..goal is a steady 210 but wont complain if its more..tryin to get the bf to under 10

pp..30/30/40/40
trenadrol...30/60/60/maybe 90 on last week depending on how its goin if not 60

support:
life support by anabolic inovations...serving size is 2 caps..4 caps daily am/pm
Red Yeast Rice 600mg
Silymarin (milk thistle extract) 500mg
NAC 600mg
Hawthron Bery 500mg
Saw Palmetto 150mg
Policosonol 10mg

i try to keep my workout days the same but with work sometimes they dont fall on the day but the split always stays the same
mon..chest/tris (heavy)
tues..back/bis (heavy)
wed..legs (heavy)
thurs..shoulders (light for now cause of a stubborn shoulder problem)
fri..sat..sun..i try to work in an extra chest workout every week also if i felt like i had an off day i will try to do a little extra for that muscle..sundays is my day off no matter what and sometimes sat depending on the work week and how i feel abs are done atleast 3 times a week

i change up my exercise's every week so to get and idea a normal chest day would be
flat bench press 3 sets 6 - 8 reps last set as heavy as i can go
incline db press " " " "
incline flys " " " "
and some type of cable exercise...then my next chest day would be like
decline db press
incline bench press
flat bench flys
cables...you get the idea..all exercise are 3 sets last set is as heavy as possible to failure..
i well update each workout everyday but that is the basic idea...

my diet is 3500 to 4000 cals...300-350 g protein every day..lots of red meat..fish..eggs..

like i said this is my first log so i encourage any advice good or bad..thanks

Good luck, look for some good gains. Weight wise, I would not be surprised if you go up 20ilbs, then keep 11-13. Keep going.

ok so i got a little delayed on the start because of some questions i had about the pplex i had recieved but that was all cleared up so today was day 1..to note cause of the ban the pplex i have are 10mg instead of 15mg so the dose will look a lil different then a normal cycle

pplex 10mg morning 20mg afternoon
trenadrol 30mg morning 30mg afternoon.
im goin to dose trenadrol at 60mg throughout the 4 weeks and the pplex at 30/30/40/40

weight 200
i usually take off sundays but i wanted to workout so today was chest/tri's

chest:
flat BB press 135/8 185/6 205/4...little weak today but shouldnt be an issue in the days to come
decline BB press 135/10 185/6 205/6
incline fly 25/6 35/6 45/4
cable crossovers 15/6 25/6 35/4

tri's
skull crushers 40/8 50/6 60/5
pushdowns 25/8 35/6 45/6
machine tricep press 45/8 70/6 85/4...(plate loaded)

to hit chest and tri's for a last exercise i did dips...1 set bodyweight/8 bodyweight plus 25/6 bodyweight plus 35/5

i will update any sides or progress as it comes but today was the first day so obviously nothing was felt..have never used either so not sure how long they usually take to kick in..from what i read pplex is pretty quick but if anybody has an answer to a time frame please let me know.

sweet .. good luck bro

also after popping the 1st pplex pill .. u just pop in trenadrol right afterwards ? or u give it a while

also i followed along a log on AM forums and couple of pple suggested to take trenadrol with fatty foods .. im not sure how your doing it ..but you can exprience with it on your 2nd dose.

Fats with the Trenadrol may help absorbtion so yes its a good idea.

Good luck; these 2 compounds should complement eachother pretty well.

i havent done that when i ran it .. but i recently just found out that yes its best to do it w/ fatty foods .. i think you'll get better gains with it .. but if you run along any sides ..then go back to ure normal ways.

Good advice! Try to take the Trenadrol with 10-20g of good fats for best absorbtion (pretty much a rule for all non-methyls I think)

ok well i took the advice about taking the trenadrol with some fatty foods so we will see how that works
the dose's are gonna stay the same for the first week..30 mg pp 10 morning 20 afternoon and 60 tdrol 30 morn 30 afternoon

today was back/bi's

overall real good workout this is my normal weight i use so next workout i will try to increase everything..dont think i really feel anything yet but i have to say that i felt good today..def an increase in energy and was looking forward to the gym all day..Im thinking ill start to feel a kick in around a week or so.

sweet .. yah trenadrol for me kicked in within 5days or so .. you'll feel it in the gym .. also i suggest you get a hold of fish oil (it'll help your joints & cholestrol level) also if you can deal with liquid .. you can get it at VS for $7 arnd 30 serving and each serving is twice as strong as normal cap once.
