Directions:

Dose Timing: 10 minutes prior to end of my workout (usually just before last exercise)
Dosage: 1.5 scoops (75g)
Reasoning: The old Vitargo seemed to work very well with this method and it seemed to help add a little extra fullness and better absorption IMO.

Days 1-3

Workout Style: Moderate Weight, Moderate-High Rep, Agonist/Antagonist Supersets

Noted Effects: Increased Fullness

Thoughts: Well having used Vitargo in the past, I really could tell I was in for some sort of extreme muscle stretching with the product (Vitargo) due to the heavy settling of the product and near cement like clumping if not mixed THOROUGHLY! With this product and with the last bottle of Vitargo that I bought, it did not seem to be the case, there wasn't that thick residue that would settle at the bottom. Part of it made me happy because I didn't have to shake the crap out of it. However, it is kind of messing with my head because it is that kind of molecular weight and density that I was truly looking forward to. Not sure why this is no longer in the product, but the effects seem to be pretty much the same so far.

PWO Shake Ingredients: Well I've heard too much added to the product can interrupt absorption, so I am keeping it pretty simple as far as additives.
2g ALCAR
3g Beta-Alanine
10-15g BCAA's
75g Karbolyn

Other Notes: Flavor seems to be pretty damn sweet in this bad boy, but no complaints here, just as long as I add enough water to it, it's all good

B-nat, Nice review so far!!

What we have noticed between Vitargo and Karbolyn thus far, is that Karbolyn seems to get me more of a sustained release of glucose in your blood, and it doesn't give you a low blood sugar "crash". Which is especially advantageous if you are trying to release nutrients into the blood at a steady rate. Kind of like an I.V. drip of glucose, and nutrients that can last longer then Vitargo did. As far as the molecular weight, they are pretty similiar, hopefully i'll be able to get some exact weights and compare the two, but i do beleive Vitargo is a little heavier.

One thing to watch for is do your muscles seem to stay fuller for a longer period of time after taking Karbolyn? Also i think i'm going to steal your dosage timing, and try it out, as i think that would be the perfect time to supplement Karbolyn.

I would like to see what you think on taking it 45-60 min pre-workout with your pre-workout supps, to see if you notice any difference. Also one time sip on a scoop with some BCAA's during your workout and tell me what you think. Otherwise feel free to try anyway you would like. I know one thing that's nice about karbolyn, is you mix it with some good protein and you got a great meal with 0g of Sugar!!. I have one gentlemen over @ BB who is currently just using Karbolyn only for his daily carb source, and so far its given him some great results.

If ya actually break it down and do the math.... one serving of karbolyn at 50g of carbs... is pretty good at around 1 dollar per serving... 40 servings per tub of 50g... counter this with your mcdonalds and taco bell or the 1 dollar for rice and potatoes and it equates to about the same...
