Activate Xtreme: Good energy but this is still probably due to just the Rag...I am expecting around Day 10 to really feel this and the Primal Male
Ragnarok: Again another great workout. I love the taste of this stuff...today i mixed a little less water with the scoop and it gave it a little more consistency, yesterday was a little "watered down". Will use a little less water for now on. Great pumps in my legs today and great focus. With the amino tab this is a great combination...again no crash from caffeine, but never was expecting one anyway.

Last night's sleep was normal. There may be an effect later on, but no difference last night at all. I tell ya in the last day I am pissing like crazy lol...might just be upped water intake but I am "going a lot" if you will. Strength could have been beeter on Front Squats but I was really focusing on form, its only Day 2 so I am going to get my form down to really build up my strength. Just wanted to throw this in there...about an hour and 45 min after my workout i went to pick up two 24 cases for my mom and my arms were pumping just after lifting those...it was great! Everything feels harder....im loving it!
