Default MST CRE-02 Log


I just received my bottle of CRE-02, and will start a log on it to make notes of how I feel about the product and its effectiveness.

Supplements and Dosage:
CRE-02 3 caps ed. (with pre-workout meal)
X-Factor 4 caps ed. (spaced throughout day, have been using for 30 some days)
Hemodraulix 8 caps ed. (4caps pre-workout, 4 caps 6-8hrs later, used for 30some days)

Pre-workout blend:
2g ALCAR
3g Beta-Alanine
5g BCAA's
Did use Smash, but will dc use until this is completed

Post-Workout blend:
25g Whey Iso
10g BCAA's
40g Glucevol
2g ALCAR
3g Beta-Alanine

Workout Program:
3on/1off, split into Chest/Back, Legs, Shoulders/Arms, for first part of week heavy weights, lower volume, second part of week moderate weights, increased/moderate volume, decreased rest

*All of these seem to be what is noted thus far with the product, if there are more I will add them. As a note today is a scheduled off day in my normal schedule, so this will start tomorrow. I will mess with the dosing protocol to see what works for me, and this log will be somewhat brief as I will be out of town from right around the 19th-28th of September (Wedding).
*I am going to noting things very critically on this product as there is some skepticism out there on the product, and HOPEFULLY this will sort some things out.

Today may or may not be Day 1, I have been having some tightness in my neck, it happens on occasion after a shoulder/arms day. My real problem is my low back, it feels somewhat tight and sore, not quite sure why. I may have been moving around too much in my sleep and kinked up my back. We'll see though, I do need/want to get my leg workout in

Workout Program:
Legs- Wasn't really feeling it today. Low back felt tight, sore, weak, I went ahead with a set of squats to see if I was ready to roll after several warmups. The set sucked so I moved to the leg press. It's amazing how you lose your bearings after taking awhile off from an exercise. I usually do progressive dropsets with squats where I'll do a weight for 2 sets to failure and drop the weight by 20-25%, then continue on down or 6 more sets. I take a 1 minute rest. Today I did the same with Leg Presses, and the weights sucked IMO, so no listing. I then moved on to Leg Ext SS with Hyperextensions/Lying Leg Curls. I'll do dropsets here. I do leg ext immediately followed by hypers. Immediately move back to leg ext. with the weight reduced and rep it out, then do lying leg curls. Then repeat this for 6 total sets, so 6 sets leg ext. 3 hyperextension, 3 leg curls....

Notes: 5 point scale
Pumps: 2.5 I felt some pumps but nothing insane or beyond what I normally feel with my other supplements.
Vascularity: 3 My vascularity has been steadily increasing and although it is more attributed to the other supps, vascularity was a little better today
Strength: - I am slashing this one as the exercise was new, so it didn't go as I thought it should have.
Recovery (during workouts): 3.5 My recovery time seemed to improve a decent amount today, but won't be too crazy just yet.
Recovery (in between workouts): - Not noteable yet.

I don't believe in the fancy creatine hype. I believe in just CM, so I am interested in this log, and hoping to get a non-biased review...
