hopefully something else is causing the cotton mouth and not the phenibutXT .. anyway log looks great .. keep it up.

Thanks GQ I'll try that out. I probably wont use it again until later this week.

Syn-30 - I'm back down to 1500 cals today. About 8a.m. I was feeling very foggy and tired so I took one cap. A short time late I did notice an increased altertness however it only last about 45 minutes and the brain fog and hunger creeped back in. I'll continue to play with this...
