Some quick comments on today's workout.
1. Vascularity is crazy. Is it possible to become to vascular? There are guys bigger and what appear to be leaner then me in the gym. However my vascularity trumps them.
2. Workout seemed lackluster, unmotivated, and hips/hams were stiff as usual.
3. Tried lowering BB rows slower to a bench. Seemed to feel stressful on my lower back.
4. Left shoulder has been irrating me as of late. Going to increase rotator cuff work, and do some more hip/ham flexibility work.
Phenibut XT - So I used this Friday (1 cap), Saturday (2 caps), and Sunday (1 cap). I'm really starting to like it. I dont notice much of a "hangover" effect anymore. But I do notice I'm a bit more calm when I'm around a lot of people. I also seem to be more friendly vs my usual "snap at you and kill you" mood.
