Alright new log (sponsored) featuring the use of the following S.N.S. products...

The Basics
Creatine E2 - NEW SIZE - 501 Capsules per bottle; 750 mg CEE per cap
(currently trying to decide if I should use this everyday or during carb loads and weekends)

Beta Alanine - 501 capsules - 2250 mg per serving - 167 servings
(will be used per recommended doses everyday - 6 caps/day)

The Fun Stuff

SYN-30 - Synephrine HCI - 30 mg per cap; 180 caps per bottle
(will be utilized on low calore/carb days Mon-Thurs preworkout 2 or 3 caps/day)

Phenibut XT supplements facts and discussion
(will likely be utilized on weekends when in social situations. Also may utilize post night out as I usually have some anxiety even after only a few drinks)

Please note all efforts and achievements noted in this log are dedicated to my two favorite ladies (yes I said two...apparently one is not enough). Introducing Jamie Eason (inspiration) and Rachel Cammon (motivation):




Purpose of Log

Report any effects whether positive or negative regarding the use of SNS products.

My Goal

To lose as much Bodyfat as possible and retain as much LBM as possible.

My Diet & Split - UD 2.0


Mon - Low Cal & Low Carb (approx 1500kcals). Upper Body high volume, high rep.
Tue - Diet same as Monday. Lower body high volume, high rep.
Wed - Diet same. Off day however doing some at home work on rotator cuff, back, stretching, etc.
Thu - Diet is same up until pre-wo when carbs are reintroduced. Full body depletion workout. PWO diet begins mega carb load.
Fri - Carb load continues. Off day of training
Sat - Carb load continues however at maintence cals. Low Rep, heavy weight full body workout.
Sun - Same diet as Sat. Off day of training

good luck man, looking fwd to this .. i still havent gotten my package yet .. i got the same stuff as you, instead of SYN i got inhibit-E .. have you decided how you are going to dose BA on working differ then non working ?

My package just came today so yours should get there shortly I would think.

I'm probably just going to do a morning dose (3 caps) and a late afternoon dose. That way the late afternoon dose would always fall pre-workout.

How about you?

No I meant after a night out drinking I tend to have some anxiety the next day.

And the arm band stays! Sponsored by UA...duh.

Btw does anyone have any recomendations on the CEE dosing? Lyle Mcdonald states its only needed during the carb loads of UD 2.0. But he is referring to creatine mono and he suggesting using 20g's on the load day (Friday). Thoughts?

Okay I did some research (I read SNS's write-up lol) and answered my own question with the following:

Due to its improved absorption and bioavailability, no loading phase or transport system is required. Creatine Ethyl Ester also does not contribute to the water retention, bloating, cramping, and dehydration commonly associated with many creatine products.
So since carbs are not needed to absorb I will dose as recommended everyday (2x/day).
