My Goal
To lose as much Bodyfat as possible and retain as much LBM as possible.
My Diet & Split - UD 2.0
Mon - Low Cal & Low Carb (approx 1500kcals). Upper Body high volume, high rep.
Tue - Diet same as Monday. Lower body high volume, high rep.
Wed - Diet same. Off day however doing some at home work on rotator cuff, back, stretching, etc.
Thu - Diet is same up until pre-wo when carbs are reintroduced. Full body depletion workout. PWO diet begins mega carb load.
Fri - Carb load continues. Off day of training
Sat - Carb load continues however at maintence cals. Low Rep, heavy weight full body workout.
Sun - Same diet as Sat. Off day of training
