I do need to up the cals.. I just can't pack the food down in the summer heat (winter, no problem dropping 4000 cals a day)! I have to think of a solid 500 cals to add with little to no fat.......

u dont like protein or weight gainer shakes ?
if not .. 500is pretty easy .. i would drink 16oz of milk = 360cals i believe.. i usually do 8-8-8oz thought out the day ..to get protein and cals along with vitamin D
what kaplyon suggest is nice too .. i luv wheat bread ..as one bread piece consists of 70cals ..so u can do some nifty diet .. but i would def. increase it on this cycle ..will help u stay lean and not get fatigued.
