Default Assault & Bullet Proof… that’s what I’m packing in my Athletes Arsenal!

I want to thank Brad and the MP Crew for allowing me to run two products that I believe will change how we look at workout supplements. I'm really looking forward to seeing the result of the following: recovery, strength, and endurance.

Let's just get to the details of why we all want to read this log......

½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds
2 oz of whole grain pasta

Mid-Day Snack - 3:00
½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds
1 cup of skim milk
English Muffin & Natty PB

Dinner – 5:30
Chicken or Fish
Veggie
Yogurt

Before Workout – 8:00
Protein & Glut

Assault – 8:40

Workout – 9:00

After Workout - 10:00
Protein, Waxy-Maize

Bullet Proof – 10:30

Before Bed –11:00
1 cup of Cottage Cheese

Totals:
Cals: 1630 + 680 = 2310
Pro: 193 + 27 = 220
Carb: 109 + 96 = 205
Fats: 44 + 22 = 66

**Still trying to drop some body fat and increase my chances to do a lean/solid clean bulk once Wreckage is released**

sweet im in for this log .. which flavors did u get ?

good luck bro .. i like the layout .. only thing i dont like is ure diet ..u need to uptake ure cals in week1 also.. well depending on wha u wanna do ..im guessing u wanna size up

Definitely would increase calories to "atleast" 2000, your just killing your muscles right now with only that much. An active lifestyle burns atleast 1000 cals a day without working out.

Not sure on the flavor...should have product tomorrow sometime!!

I do need to up the cals.. I just can't pack the food down in the summer heat (winter, no problem dropping 4000 cals a day)! I have to think of a solid 500 cals to add with little to no fat.......

2 Turkey sandwiches on wheat bread with slice of fat free cheese. Great meal that goes anywhere. Add a cup of yogurt for ya sweet tooth.

I would add a whole egg with your 3 egg whites in your breakfast too

u dont like protein or weight gainer shakes ?
if not .. 500is pretty easy .. i would drink 16oz of milk = 360cals i believe.. i usually do 8-8-8oz thought out the day ..to get protein and cals along with vitamin D

what kaplyon suggest is nice too .. i luv wheat bread ..as one bread piece consists of 70cals ..so u can do some nifty diet .. but i would def. increase it on this cycle ..will help u stay lean and not get fatigued.

Good luck man. You really dont have to get in much more protein at your size if your natural. Just add a bagel or something like that in there (approx 180 cals).

Trust me, I'm not new to diets just trying to work in that "perfect" cal,pro,fat,...ratio. Don't really care for weight gainers, unless it's some I brew'd up in the blender myself. I'll be working on finalizing the diet and workouts today!
