DAY 3

Off day, well sunday is usally spent just relaxing and watching football .. so didnt took any BA/CEE .. im back in New York, so i will be able to start off tommorow with my daily routine and will add in InhibitE tommorow as well

Also have decided to take PhenibutXT for 5days on 2days off .. so wed-thurs. will be the days off

Looking fwd to 2mmorow ..will hit the shoulders hard.

DAY 4

8AM - 1 cap of inhibitE
11AM - 1 cap of phenibutXT
Preworkout - 3BA+3CEE
Postworkout - 3CEE caps w/ Xtend
7PM - 3BA w/ heavy meal

9pm - i will take 1cap of inhibitE
10pm - 1PhenibutXT + 3mg of melatonin to knock me out

InhibitE - Just one day .. so nothing to report as of right now.

BA/CEE - today was my 1st actual day on this supplement, and i really enjoyed it. Worked out mainly on legs/abs. Had pretty good energy through out the whole day

PhenibutXt - I'm loving this stuff, I have been so calm through the whole day .. fought with my girl, and all i did was just hung up on her and didn't yell .. yayyyyyyyy lol

Workout - Felt real good in the gym, remained the whole intensity though out the whole time i was there(which is hard for me)

Sides - I had a lil headache in the morning when i took inhibitE, but when i started drinking water, it faded away pretty quickly.

I'm not using the Inhibit E but I almost have a little "headache hangover" in the morning after dosing the Phenibut XT.

ohhh yah my system has adapted to phenibutXT pretty well .. how long does your lil headaches last ? jus keep drinking water though out the day, and it should minimize it and increase the effects of stuff your taking in.

8AM - 1 cap of inhibitE

Preworkout - 4BA+3CEE
Postworkout - 3CEE caps w/ Xtend
then made me some protein smoothie w/ fresh strawberries/banana

8pm - i will take 2caps of BA w/ night meal
9pm - i will take 1cap of inhibitE

InhibitE - I'm getting way too many woodies .. is this whats causing it ? its pretty annoying, esp. when my girl is 3hrs away :(

BA/CEE - I felt more energy in the gym today ..could be that additional 750mg of BA ..As for CEE, its def. not bloating me up and seems to be giving me good energy/helping me recover .. yayyyy

PhenibutXt - Day Off

Workout - So today, i took 4BA caps instead of 3 .. and felt some tingles in my right nipple ..or maybe it was jus cold outside .. anyway, i like doing 4caps of this stuff, did Chest and killed my Tri's today ..and felt real good.

Sides - None

how do you dose BA ?
i found 3G(4caps) to be good amount for preworkout
