MST Ragnarok Review
MST Ragnarok Review
Comments: Firstly, I always give my 100% honest feedback on supplements. So now onto my review:
Feeling: 1/5 At one scoop, I felt dizzy / drunk, shaky, and body temperature and heart rate was really elevated. Didn't feel good at all. Weight lifting went fine besides that. About an hour and a half after taking rag, I feel sleepy / drowsy.
Pumps: 1/5 At one scoop, pumps were the same as they always were, nothing spectacular at all, nothing out of the ordinary.
Energy / Intensity: 2/5 At one scoop, I feel kind of buzzed / dizzy / jittery so I guess that some energy right? lol
Focus: 1/5 At one scoop, not much focus, just a general crappy feeling all over, like mentioned above.
Honestly I really don't like this product at all, I don't feel good and it did not aid in my workout at all. I gave 2 scoops to a friend of mine before the workout, he said he "felt like shit" and 1 scoop to another friend before the workout and he said he "felt sleepy" off of it so no personal 'good' feedback to give.

That's interesting because the same thing happened to me after a few days. I had to quit taking it because it just made me feel really light-headed and dizzy; not a desirable feeling for working out. At first I thought it was due to the R-ALA and me being low on carbs but it still happened on carb up days. It's hit or miss IMO some people really love the stuff.

I had this feeling while using White Flood, the dizziness and being lightheaded, somewhat jittery, but I enjoyed white flood overall.
very interesting TI, so I still stick with my choice of not purchasing MST products, although the C5 is interesting...

Very interesting review.
I didn't have similar effect per se as I shared the wealth and Shawn took some at the ISSN conference of mine (melon variety, taste was pretty good actually). I am unsure I got precipitous benefit from the product, but no adverse events or anything to report to that level.
Still - Cool honest feedback.

Yea, I have to echo Dr.C here (posted my detailed comments in his Review thread) in that I felt all around positive benefits from going on the Rag... felt more solid/focused, and saw a performance enhancement in the gym... I'm a fan in experience, even if current wisdom prohibits NO supps in the pre-workout time frame...
T_I, slightly off topic, but considering the unfavorable review, what is your preferred pre-workout drink?

Yeah, really didn't go over well with me, I think it has to do with the blood glucose lowering compounds in the stuff.
Right now pre-workout cocktail:
-1 Scoop GreenMAG
-3g Beta Alanine
-1.5g Glycerin
