Welcome to the next chapter on my mission to 250lbs! I would like to thank all of the guys at Applied Nutriceuticals for providing me with these fine products to test out. I've used RPM previously and loved it! So I jumped at the change to try all three products!

This will be my Supplement Plan

Applied Nutriceuticals IGF-2 - 8 caps ed (3 morning, 2 mid-day, and 3 night)
Applied Nutriceuticals Neovar - 8 caps ed (4 morning, 4 evening)
Applied Nutriceuticals RPM - 5 caps preworkout
Torrent by Universal Nutrition - Immediately Following Workout
Real Gains by Universal Mutrition - 2-500 calorie servings daily
Syntha 6 - 1 serving late evening

My Goals for this Cycle

1. Exceed at least 3 personal records.
2. Gain 5 lbs of lean mass.
3. Increase all body measurements.

My Workout Plan

This one will be a 5 day a week, low volume/heavy weight program. It will be divided like this

Day 1 Arms
Day 2 Chest, Lats
Day 3 Shoulders, Traps
Day 4 Upper Chest, Lats
Day 5 Legs

IGF-2: Immediate Growth Factor

The synergistic compounds contained in IGF-2 stimulate a variety of complex reactions and messenger systems in the body, and have been clinically proven to increase testosterone production. IGF-2 contains large amounts of Spirosta-steroidal saponins which are intermediates to numerous hormonal pathways in the body, including testosterone production. When ingested, desoxydiosgenin that is contained in IGF-2 is enzymatically converted to 11-oxa-5 alpha-androstane-3,17-dione, a portion of which is then converted to testosterone through the testes. Increased levels of testosterone signals the muscles to increase protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, leading to greater strength, size and recovery.

IGF-2 drives other dynamic biomechanisms including L-Dopa-induced growth hormone release, and increased testosterone secretion through prolactin inhibition. Prolactin is a hormone that regulates testosterone production, and too much of it can suppress the secretion of gonadotropins, which ultimately hinders testosterone production. The variety of Mucuna Pruriens used in IGF-2 is standardized to 25% L-Dopa, delivering large amounts of this active ingredient per capsule. L-Dopa is a precursor to Dopamine, a powerful biogenic amine, and L-Dopa is the only method of transport of Dopamine through the blood-barrier. L-Dopa-induced GHRH release (growth hormone releasing hormone) signals the pituitary to release HGH. HGH is essentially a polypeptide hormone that stimulates skeletal muscle cells to grow and divide; providing for significant, permanent muscle hypertrophy in adults. HGH also aids in cellular recovery and acts synergistically with testosterone to provide a highly anabolic muscle-building environment.

IGF-2 also stimulates the production of cyclic AMP (cAMP) from ATP. cAMP generation has a variety of effects on tissues, but the most notable is the stimulation of the thyroid to produce thyroxin, which promotes fat metabolization. The increased cAMP levels activate the protein kinase enzyme, which in turn activates hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) in target tissues. cAMP also signals for the production of luteinizing hormone (LH), which has been shown to elevate testosterone levels in males. Elevated levels of cAMP and LH stimulate a marked increase in the use of fat as body fuel, and are strongly correlated to increased testosterone production.

My measurements have dropped off a little. I've been very inconsistent with my diet and training, my mistake. Also, some of it was likely water retention from the hormonal cycle. I should gain it back quick! Here are current measurements

Just finished my first workout. I absolutely love RPM pumps! I used 4 caps of RPM, 2 neovar, and 1 IGF-2 before my workout and I was stoked! I didnt go extremely heavy today, just getting back in the swing of things.

These products are very fast acting. I can already feel some positive effects from them, especially cell volumization. Some of the positive effects that I'm feeling include

Very good pumps from RPM
Pumps are retained longer after the workout
Increased energy through the day

RPM is working very good for me so far. I dont completely understand the ingredient profile but the endurance I get from this product exceed everything I have tried thus far and the pumps are equal to those from No-Xtreme. It looks like its going to be a really good cycle. Stay Tuned
