sorry this is so long but i got on a role
Ok, before I start this log I will give you guys a lil back ground on me. I have included a couple of pictures here at the start of this log…
For those of you who don’t already know I am a Soldier in the US ARMY, I have been in the service of our great country for the last 17 years and I love what I do. Ok for background info, I joined the ARMY at weight of 132lbs, when I graduated Basic and my job specific schooling I was up to 170ish, but I leveled out around 150ish. I stayed that way for 13 years or so. In 2003 I deployed to Iraq and the first picture shows me at 150ish in Iraq. After I returned from Iraq in 2004, I gained a little weight and stay somewhere in the 165-170 weight group. And then came my second trip over to the great sand box, this Is where I decided that I was tired of being the lil guy all the damn time. So I worked out 5-7 times a week for the entire year I was there. I literally blew up, I went from 170 to the heaviest I have ever been in my life time 202…. And I currently reside somewhere around 195-200 depending on the day.
I give you this background as I felt you needed to know a little about me to understand why I really wanted to do this log for RA. I am trying to get up to 225lb over the next year or so and I believed that this cycle should really be a good mass builder. Keep in mind that while I’m in the ARMY, I cant do any illegal Steroids so that route is not an option. Plus I have to keep the BF down or I can be removed form service and I only have 3 more years to retirement….. I am not nor do I want to be a contest participant…. I do this for me, because after being the lil guy my whole life I love the looks and comments I get…. Stay tuned for some BIG GAINS TO COME….
