Applied Nutriceuticals RPM Review

I got some RPM samples, thought id give em a try. Im actually doing a few reviews, each with different dosing. Thought id start with 1 RPM cap since I am more stim sensitive than others, I rarely take any stims / caffeine in.

Dose: 1 RPM cap


Pro's:


-Convenient pills, I like pills moreso than powder supps.
-At one cap, didn't feel really much.
-Feel a bit more 'awake' / 'alert'
-No jitters / shaky feeling
-Feel 'good', like that feeling you get when something good just happened
-For the dosage they recommend if you weigh between 140-160 pounds (me at about ~162lb), 2 caps will last 55 days, pretty good.

Con's:

-Don't like the arginine in it, arginine has been shown to blunt GH secretion when taken pre-workout
-Don't like the caffeine in it, stims inhibit hypertrophy / induce dependace / harsh withdrawal symptoms / estrogenic

RPM is one of those supplements that you have to find your sweet spot. Mine is 3 pills. I don't even feel 1 pill.
I will say it gives me the cleanest non-jittery energy (almost euphoric) I have ever felt from a supplement.

Dose 2 Caps


Pro's:

-At two caps, I felt an intensified sense of alertness / energy / good mood. It felt pretty good, went though my exercise routine faster than usual. And I felt in a pretty good mood. I thought I might feel jittery / shaky but I felt fine.
-No crash felt later, just a smooth come down from the effects.

Con's:


-None really, just do not like the caffeine / arginine inclusion in this product.

Yeah so far im pretty much liking this product. I am going to try 3 caps my next workout. I forgot to mention though that one cap I took (since I workout at 8pm) kept me up till 4 in the morning, I just layed in bed for hours, so its pretty strong stuff.
