Default B-nat was on the Rag for a day: Ragnarok Review
Well my sample of Ragnarok went very well, the Blue Raz flavor tasted great.

I took the sample about 30minutes before my recent back workout and had a great pump and fullness in my muscles. 3.5 of 5

I had a decent increase in focus and alertness in my workouts 3.5 of 5.

Strength was great too as I posted a new pr on this day as well, 4 of 5.

Intensity was also increased, but this has been increased lately, 4 of 5.

Which is an average of 3.75 of 5 and I would give this an overall B, may haveta get the full bottle in the future to put it to the test.
