Well, I’ve been looking to change up my protein for some time now and thought… I really need to give Extreme Protein by RSS a run. I have to say that the vanilla is an awesome choice. I know it’s basic, but I like to experiment with supplements, even at the protein level. Some may say, “Protein’s … just that protein”. I beg to differ when it comes to the taste, texture, mix ability, and my overall ingredient panel. I have to agree with another review, doesn’t matter how flashy a bottle is, it’s about what’s in it that counts!
First off and no need for me to get into some long process, but I had to give this a 10/10.
The powder is so fine, it’s like powder sugar. I’ve been using it for about a week or so and really put it to the test.
In 10oz of Skim Milk – perfect
Amounts of shakes to mix – I seriously did this… (1-15), mix perfect at 5 and extra frothy 15
My favorite to mix with:
Morning
Vanilla Extreme Protein by RSS & Green or White Tea
Or
Vanilla Extreme Protein by RSS & Coffee (aka Healthy Man’s Cappuccino)
After workout
Skim milk, Vanilla Extreme Protein by RSS
Or
8 oz of OJ, 8oz of water and Vanilla Extreme Protein by RSS
Mid Day
Just 10oz of cold water and Vanilla Extreme Protein by RSS (taste perfect). There are a lot of proteins out there that task horrible mixed in water, but this was perfect.
Before bed
4oz of skim milk, Vanilla Extreme Protein by RSS and 1 cup of cottage cheese (all mixed together).
I’ll tell you what; I was so impressed with the protein, that I just order Strawberry and some Blue Raspberry Nitro2us. Can’t wait till they arrive and hope to start the Nitro2us this weekend. Great Product line RSS and a hell of a job Grambo, getting the name out there!!

ive been mixing my protein shakes with two scoops and about 12 oz of whole milk :D, trying to get some liquid calories...good idea if your bulkin, really makes your regular protein shake a weight gainer without the extra 5 scoops lol...it works for me, might just be me.
def heard great things about this protein, prob going to pick some up when i pick up another tub of nitrous...."addiction" :D, you will def get you money's worth with nitrous, solid supp you guys have on your hands grambo
