Default Ragnarok / ???

Alright, I am going to be honest guys. The last three weeks I have been busy as hell! Between school, work, and other personal obligations that I must fulfill I have not been making the gym consistantly, nor have I put in the time that I need to around here. Things are finally starting to slow down (a LITTLE) and I need to get my ass back in the gym 5-6 days a week. I am thinking about starting a new non-hormonal stack next monday. I think I want to give the new Ragnarok a shot, but what else should I stack it with? I have also heard good things about the MAN products. Anyways, looking for a solid stack here. I haven't taken a supplement other than pheraplex/mega zol in close to three months. Prior to that it was Jungle Warfare / Bad Ass Mass. I am going to go a little lighter with this one, but need some good suggestions here.

lol, well I wouldn't go for the rag due to its caffeine and arginine content. I can explain more if you would like, basically causes adrenal fatigue and blunts GH release. I personally used ragnarok and it made me feel like crap, felt dizzy, nauseous, etc but some people have used it and felt fine, so its really individual.

Im using Clout + Body Octane + Blue Print (50 day log in the review section) and have gone up 11lbs in 45 days on it. A lot of people have really liked the Mass FX + Hyperdrol X2 combo as well, im hoping to do that later this year as well. Other than that make sure you have your vitamins / minerals and EFAs covered as well. If you are looking to take the MFX + HX2 combo I would suggest having some bulk creatine monohydrate and beta alanine around, Nutraplanet right now is having a sale on everything, discounts on a lot of things + the 5% off code on the front page.

If you decide to go the MAN Sports product route, some good info on dosing and such from dinoiii:

Im dosing on gym days like this:

-BP dose right before breakfast
-Clout + BO before gym

Off days:

-BP dose right before breakfast
-Clout + BO in the morning

Its a really great stack, with the great feedback + all the scientific literature supporting all the ingredients you really can't go wrong. Plus theres no proprietary blends so you know exactly how much of what you are getting. Im almost out and am about to get some more myself here

Interesting. I would like to try the MAN stack, and throw in something like Hyperdrol X2 or some Novedex for a little test boost.
