lol, well I wouldn't go for the rag due to its caffeine and arginine content. I can explain more if you would like, basically causes adrenal fatigue and blunts GH release. I personally used ragnarok and it made me feel like crap, felt dizzy, nauseous, etc but some people have used it and felt fine, so its really individual.
Im using Clout + Body Octane + Blue Print (50 day log in the review section) and have gone up 11lbs in 45 days on it. A lot of people have really liked the Mass FX + Hyperdrol X2 combo as well, im hoping to do that later this year as well. Other than that make sure you have your vitamins / minerals and EFAs covered as well. If you are looking to take the MFX + HX2 combo I would suggest having some bulk creatine monohydrate and beta alanine around, Nutraplanet right now is having a sale on everything, discounts on a lot of things + the 5% off code on the front page.
