They should take out the vitamin C and caffeine. Though VPX just came out I think with a RTD product called 'Power Pump 7' I think its called, really good formula from what I can recall.

Vit C does a little bit in the cortisol control area, only reason I didn't want it in there because people will throw this back down their throats pre-workout and it is an anti-oxidant, it will inhibit muscle growth to an extent / delay the recovery process.

Its a shame like 98% of the products out there always have like one or two ingredients that completely turn me off the product.
