What ones have you guys tried and liked? Any brands that have a bad rap? Looking to pick up both but want to get good brands.

The problem with the NOW brand is that it also contains flax which holds estrogenic properties and may not be suitable for everyone. It may even counter the positive effects of the SAMe (if using it for estrogen control).

Have you seen my Dinoiii-Approved list on this subject?

VS usually puts out good products in both categories; both have met 3rd party label testing.

Another good one that just recently made my SAMe and I3C reviews is by a company called AOR.

Do you mean I3C? I know NOW I3C has flax in it, thanks to you advising me of it :P. NOW SAMe doesn't appear to have any Flax in it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am new to these sup's and doing a bunch of research on them. D_ I did not see your approved supplement list, I did not even know you had one. I will be checking it out now.

Im not sure if sorce posting is alright here or not, but I would be more than happy to accept pm's regarding where to get good deals on the above said products.
