I would drop the 'smash', not a big fan of caffeine (estrogenic potential, dependence) or arginine (blunted GH response) pre-workout.
45mins into the workout, I would actually prefer purple wraath over xtend due to its more complete EAA amino spectrum.
Green mag and whey isolate are both good choices.
