Default Lipoderm Ultra
Do this topical fat loss products work at all? I have some pretty stubborn belly / love handle fat that I would like to get rid of. I know that I need to get my diet spot on for this to happen, but would products such as lipoderm ultra help to correct the problem in certain locations? This seems kind of shady to me and I do not understand how products like these would work.

It works if you have somewhat low body fat already. A LOT of people use a transdermal pre contest.

The best way to get rid of stubborn belly fat is to control you blood sugar. Some easy way to do this is to:
1. Never eat large amounts (>10 grams) of fat along with large amounts of carbs. Have your fats in one meal and your carbs in another: example Meal 1: Steak, green veggies - Meal 2: Chicken, Brown Rice
2. Take 400 mgs ALA/500 mgs Cinnamon Extract 15 minutes before moderate/high carb meals. This will help shuttle glucose away from fat stores.
3. Taper carbs, try to limit carbs after 7 p.m.
