I have dealt with them, did you use their authenticated server to place order, or paypal, if you processed through paypal, it takes longer, they haveta check with paypal to process and confirm the money was received, then it processes to their account, then they process and ship your order, not sure if the paypal will be sped up in the future, but it does take longer
