Nicotine is highly addicitive and is probably one of the most potent toxins on the planet. I really dont like the product based on this alone. Eager to see what D says.

I questioned the same thing. The logger stated in one of his posts that the nicotine levels were lower than that of nic patches. As most ppl know, the patches deliver a dose that is generally less than what a person might get from smoking. The patches contain 21mg used once a day. The recommended use of the cream is 1-2 per day....essentially 4-8mg/day. If the nicotine levels are low enough to not become addictive, are they high enough to be effective?

It depends on the rate at which it enters the bloodstream. I'm not a smoker, but I used to chew 1mg nicotine gum to help me study sometimes and that was pretty stimulating. If the 4mg dosage had a rate of absorption about 1/4th of the gum, then this could be an excellent way to curb appetite and stay alert. I've never used a transdermal yohimbine product; does it stimulate your brain like oral yohimbine or does it just help release fatty acids from where you apply it or what? Oh, and I've never heard of trans-dermal caffeine except for in a tanning product that said it helped make the skin more firm.
