HELP! Recomp confusion
Hey guys. I am trying to put together a recomp supplement schedule. Need help deciding what to use out of the pile. Pretty broke, so what I have is what I will be using, unless I trade. Want to do a 4-6 week lean, lean recomp. My supplements on hand are:
2 Bottles of E-form
1 bottle of Activate xtreme
1/2 bottle of ab-solved transdermal ( also have some capzasin hp)
1 sealed bottle of New Jungle Warfare
plus staples, creatine, fish oils, protein powder, etc.
Goal is drop some fat, gain or maintain muscle mass.
RECENT History: 6 wk halodrol cycle and PCT was a month ago. Not looking to disrupt hormonal balance with prohormones ( so unsure of Jungle Warfare).
Stats:
6'2
245-250lbs
bf: ~20%
arms: 17.5 inches
neck: 19 inches
chest: 46 inches
waist: big
thighs: 26 inches
calves: 17.5 inches
I will be doing a 4 day split for weights and HITT track training for cardio (sprint/jog)
ANY INPUT ON THE SUPPLEMENTS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.--THANKS
