I don't really know what Cialabol is - or what it is supposed to do, so I won't consider how to use it (I don't really feel like reading through their stuff with my magical decrypter ring right now). If you want to take the $13 creatine, I'd just go ahead and do preworkout meal, workout, then do PWO with that + your protein (substitute that in as a carbohydrate source) - assuming that will work for you. It's not really too relevant WHEN you take your creatine, it just puts that sugar to some form of use. |

I would NOT take this product pre-workout, it works to lower your insulin when the workout itself already lowers insulin, the combo of the two can leave you dizzy, nauseous (spelling?), etc.
