A few questions about e-form

i'm on my first day of the e-form and have a few questions....am i supposed to shake the bottle before i spray it on my chest? and it gets really clumped up and "grainy/sandy" inside the pump basically making that useless, so what are some other ways of measuring out the dosage?

Yes u can shake it since it tends to clog.

I always shake the bottle before application. You can use a dropper too.

I use a med cup and always shake vigorously before every use
