Lightbulb need some help

so i was looking around tfsupplements.com and was looking for the right product for me. I lift 3 times a week (every other day), weight 205 pounds and im 6 foot 1 inch tall. I need a procuts that will get me some defined abs and just make me an overall strong person. Please any tips on supplemts will help. thanks.

-Diet is number one. Without proper nutrition, abs will be hard to get.
-For getting stronger, you will want to look into a creatine product.
-Other general supplements recommended: Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Whey Protein, Casein Protein
-Want something fancy? USPLabs / Pure Supplements P-Slin which will increase GLUT4 in muscle cells - basically this translates to more glucose going to muscle cells and furthermore, P-Slin inhibits uptake of glucose in fat cells. It makes adding muscle and losing fat easier.

basically what he said, but get good control of diet before looking at pslin as it is sensitive to carb amounts, timing and type, so you want to know and understand your diet first. BCAAs are another good general supplement, and taking a post workout drink/shake that has some simple carbs + protein (as little as 20g of carbs + 10g of protein can make a difference in that first 15 minutes). Also making sure you vary your workouts every 6-12 weeks will help too.

X100 on the diet. You will only see good results through good dieting that can get you "defined abs." I've been hearing really good reviews about Lean Xtreme from Designer Supplements. I'll probably be using this in a couple of weeks for my competition in june.
Also, adding some good sources of mono's can help.
