Default Sam-e - More beneficial "On Cycle" or for PCT?
Just wondering when the best time to take sam-e would be. Maybe take it the entire time but man it ain't cheap.

My guess is that this is dependent on the cycle although its probably better to put it in the recovery period for most.

Thanks, I am currently running MD1T (phera + trena). I think I may try out sam-e in my PCT just to experiment.

its a buck a pill basically. so 365 for a year supply. Im sure online its cheaper. I run it year round - of course, then again, I need to.

Shit I wish, I have ssooooo much student loan debt it is obscene. Maybe in about 20 years I will have some extra cash.
