I think it depends what I am taking the supplement for. If its preworkout, I would rather have powder because I feel like the effects kick in quicker. Anything other than preworkout I would prefer pills. Just so much more convenient.

All else (price) being equal - pills... I can down em on the go just need water... powders need shakers, measuring, and potentially flavor systems... PITA IMHO!
